Dr. Nikki Dancy is one of the rising upcoming female voices in the 5-fold ministry today-bold, authentic, and unapologetically anointed.  Known for her Christ-centered, unfiltered delivery, she preaches the unadulterated Word of God with power, purpose, and a passion that transforms lives.  Her messages are rich in authenticity, laced with wisdom, and void of sugar-coating, reaching hearts right where they are.  

A proud native of Portsmouth, VA, Nikki was raised in the Baptist tradition, but even as a child, she knew she was set apart for a greater call.  With a genuine heart for people, she draws strength from encouraging and empowering women from all walks of life, helping them see the beauty of who they are in God.  

Dr. Nikki Dancy is an Evangelist and Founder/President of Lipstick Talks, Inc., a dynamic para-church ministry created to uplift, equip, and empower women as they navigate life, faith, and purpose.  Grounded in Psalm 46:5 - "God is within her, she will not fall"- Lipstick Talks stands as a beacon of strength, reminding women that even in their most difficult seasons, God is present and faithful.

Nikki previously served as the Assistant Pastor at Liberation Fellowship Church in VA under the auspicious leadership of Superintendent Patrick D. Riddick.  She is also a member of the world-renowned gospel choir D'Vyne Worship, where she continues to minister in song. 

 

She is a devoted team member of Daughters of Jael, faithfully serving alongside her spiritual sisters in Truth Finders Bible Study-a ministry that teaches, empowers, and encourages others through the Word of God under the anointed leadership of Apostle Despina Cuffee and Bishop Otis Cuffee.

 

In addition to ministry, Dr. Dancy is a powerhouse in business.  She is the CEO and Co-Owner of Kindred Community Services, LLC, providing home health care services, and the Director and Co-Owner of Giggles & Wiggles Childcare & Learning Center, where she impacts the next generation.

Dr. Nikki holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from Bluefield College, a Master's in Human Services from Walden University, and a Doctorate in Christian Counseling from The School of the Great Commission Theological Seminary.
